面倒くさいので翻訳サービスのままだが、こんなもんか？
制御装置＝limiterのつもりだったが、逆に日本語が思いつかなかった。

お題：justification　　: 《名》正当な理由、納得のいく説明
★ユーザーの苦情にろくに答えないまま、掲示板は閉鎖された。
☆The BBS was closed while there had been no justification to users' complaint.
